COURSE DESCRIPTION

Keeping abreast with broader social impacts and responding to what market forces and workforces expect is what sets leaders apart from the rest of the sector.

The Advanced Anti-Racism Training is designed to further develop the capacity and confidence of organisations as leaders and advocates of a fair and just world and workplace.

Including the learnings of our introductory Workplace Anti-Racism Empowerment Training, this advanced training programme further develops anti-racism awareness and teaches techniques to mitigate casual and institutional racism, as well as building the racial resilience of the whole team.

In a fast-moving and ever-evolving world, it is crucial for organisations to build resilience and agility by empowering their team members with practical tools and methods, not just facts and information. This course will allow participants to see how anti-racism is a journey and not an act, and help them to recognise the key levers and mechanisms to work with when we want to create positive change.

This training empowers participants to communicate complex issues with sensitivity and facilitate deeper shared understandings. Developing these leadership skills will ensure your organisation’s position as a leader in authentic embodiment of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
